I've been kind of bummed lately, actually. I realized how much weight I gained this summer, and decided I want to lose about 40 pounds...except I'm not really sure how to go about it. I'd like to lose it quickly, but I know that's not healthy. So...eating better and exercising.
Travelling on the West Coast. Pretty exciting, I would say. Too many stories to tell, tons of pictures taken which I will slowly post on seepocke.com. Back in Brooklyn now to the heat and the humidity. Tired but in a good way.
weight watchers is an awesome way to do it. i think it's effective because it teaches you how to eat, and you can still splurge and have a cookie or a candy bar if you want it.
i'm down twelve pounds from doing it so far...I can't complain!
